Modern and energy-efficient heating for your comfort

The house is equipped with an advanced heating system that provides thermal comfort all year round at minimal operating costs.

Ecological heat pump - operates with a heating temperature of up to 55 C, which guarantees efficient heating and constant access to hot utility water.

Underfloor heating - distributes heat evenly, providing a pleasant temperature throughout the house. On the first floor, underfloor heating was additionally installed in the bathroom, which increases the comfort of use. The floor heating temperature is maintained at an optimal level of 25 C, which allows for pleasant warmth underfoot without excessive energy consumption.

Ground heat exchanger (GWC) - installed under the floor, supports the heating of the house, additionally increasing its energy efficiency and ensuring a stable temperature inside the building.

Recuperation with a heat exchanger - a modern ventilation unit ensures constant air circulation, removing moisture and impurities and recovering heat from exhaust air, which additionally reduces heating costs.

Thanks to the use of these modern technologies, the house is warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer, and heating costs are much lower than in traditional systems!

MEDIA

The house has connections to water, sewage and three-phase current. There is no gas connection, but heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump, which ensures low operating costs - the annual heating cost is only PLN 938, and the total cost of heating and hot water is approx. PLN 2,450 per year
